Protocol Two: Water

A world war for water resources would be inevitable if 200 selfish super-institutions (countries & their governments) continue their “Our priority is to protect our national interests..” neanderthal doctrine.

1. Magnetic water developments for brackish water with over 12,000 ppm TDS (Total Dissolved Solids): The earth has lost near half of its magnetic field in the last thousands of years. Professor “Yuri Tkachenko” emphasizes that water has also lost many of its vital properties because of a disturbance occurred in the order of its elements. For this reason, magnetizing water improves the properties of water and its electrical order, and as a result, increases its vital positive effects and creates very useful chemical and physical properties for the consumer, namely humans, animals and plants.
