Protocol One: Environment

At the very beginning of this protocol, I complain against the fact that, during important international climate gatherings which are the best opportunity to sign vital strategic agreements and contracts for real macro protection of the environment, the people attend and give speeches who they have the best shelters and facilities to escape in the event of an apocalyptic environmental catastrophe.

Below I have listed the steps that DC will take via its “Environment” department by its expert ministers and representatives. The below articles is so vital that we will likely lose our lives if we do not pay attention to strong proceeds on these:

1. Preventing the spread of salt in polar waters and its role of acceleration of melting of polar ice: Given the ice-melt at the poles due to global warming, the water mixes with the brackish waters of the parallels (tropic of Cancer and tropic of Capricorn) and its salinity rises such that no longer freezes again which means the end of at least billions of people’s lives if not all the human beings’. To overcome this phenomenon, one solution is to transfer ocean’s surface waters from the equator to the point of contact of poles with parallels in order to create a low-salt buffer zone between the poles and the very salty waters of the parallels, of course this should be done considering the permissible limit of oxygen level change in the poles waters since naturally it will decrease with ...
