Protocol Four: Welfare & Economy

We know that the definition of Economics is "the science of examining the methods of production and distribution of resources & products among the people of a society, focusing on to meet the most needs with least resources." The sort of interpretation of this definition is called a school of the Economics, e.g. Keynesian economics or liberal economics. This protocol clearly and by details defines DC’s Economics school which is inherently constructed on and interrelated with welfare of triad.

“GDP measures neither our wit nor our courage, neither our wisdom nor our learning, neither our compassion nor our devotion to our country, it measures everything in short, except that which makes life worthwhile.”

Robert F. Kennedy

Economics, Mind & Welfare

Through the words of Robert F. Kennedy, as the signifier of the direction and essence of contents in coming pages, and before beginning the details of Economics in DC’s POV, I need to point out an important subject right in this place of book: The greatest goal of a man and a man-made tool called Economics, its final destination, indeed is to achieve a "stable calm peaceful mind". The stable peaceful mind in the human history begins from providing welfare, and the duty of Economics is to provide people with this welfare. However, there is no direct relationship between welfare and peaceful mind because as we all have witnessed times and times, there are many rich people in the world who their minds are far from calm and peaceful state and on the contrary is a collection of stresses and anxieties. “Wealth Psychologists” who help ultra-rich people to deal with different mental issues which their wealth is the main source of, it is a good example for the claim that there is no direct relationship between welfare and peaceful mind. Therefore, welfare won’t guarantee to acquire a peaceful and calm mind which is the most valuable treasure in life for a man in fact. Mind is our primary home and we will take it with us wherever we go, or in better words, we will go with it wherever it takes us and it is our constant companion.
