Protocol Three: Energy

Measures to be taken by “Energy Department” of DC:

1. Reducing the price of renewable energy via economics of scale, industrializing the newest advancements and innovations, and subsidizing the products related to saving energy in DC’s “Subside Stores”.

2. Implementing the use of clean energies as the only source of energy in all energy-consuming B2C products without the slightest presence of fossil and nuclear fuels. In other words, all consumer products such as vacuum cleaners, air conditioners, cars, motorcycles, etc., all must use clean and renewable energy to be refueled, which means that the electricity they need is just provided by renewable energy power plants based on new energy strategy. No consumer device such as cars and motorcycles use gasoline, diesel, gas, etc., and can only be charged and reused with cleaner energy sources and also Kinetic Energy mechanisms.
