Protocol Six: Ultra-fast terrestrial communication routes

In “Global Village Theory” of Marshall McLuhan in describing the world's future, the emphasis was on the development of the media like TV and radio as a communication tool between human beings to reach the global village. Also the "wind-electric" pipes in Albert Robida's thoughts reflected in his book “The Twentieth Century” (1883), also is an example for the understanding of the need to create communication channels in history to achieve the greatest cultural and humanistic goal which is “peace”.

By this book also, DC tries to strengthen “peace” by considering it as the consequence of strategic just interdependence in the planet which is realized only when humans themselves (not only their voice and picture and opinions which is a part of their characteristics, but also whole their characteristic) be able to travel unhindered and very fast on the planet wherever they want.
