Today, the diversity and complexity of laws considering their numerous quantity of articles and also various interpretations for each of these articles which mostly root in the regional norms and rituals and very local sacred beliefs, has made it almost impossible for the average person to restore or defend his rights in many countries because, in addition to the universal corruption in rights restoration systems (judicial systems), this complexity and diversity of laws is caused a tremendous increase in lawyers' advocacy rates which few individuals, or even the average traders who to an extent understand international trade laws and regulations, are able to assert their rights both in their and also in other countries.

The mechanism and supply chain of oppression resulting from the complexity and obscurity of the judicial system of countries has opened the way for fraudsters to cheat and do crimes easily with their hired “best of the bests attorneys” such that the world today is in a deplorable state in this regard, so that we can even claim that the rules and regulations today has become the playground and guideline of organized crime while at the other side it is almost impossible to an ordinary citizen to defend himself with average advocacy rates by these same laws and judicial system.
